Carved Glass

 

A custom design is sandblasted in multiple layers, similar to that of the etching technique.  Different from the etching process, the carving process uses high intensity sand blasting to actually carve a three dimensional form into the glass itself.  Carved glass has the amazing property of catching light in a way that enhances the dimensional aspect of the carved forms and images.

Stained Glass

  Stained glass is an art form that has been around for centuries. The glass artist carefully selects and cuts the colored or textured glass that will compliment the design. Then places each piece of cut glass within lead came. The lead came is soldered at the joints. The panel is sealed and cleaned.  The result is a beautiful stained glass panel.
